At YummyCake, we strive to ensure every cake is delivered fresh, beautiful, and exactly as ordered. Since cakes are perishable and made to order, we only accept returns in specific cases:
• If the delivered cake design does not match the confirmed order design.
• If the cake is damaged or melted at the time of delivery, before being accepted by you.
If you notice any of the above issues when our delivery partner hands over the cake, you must refuse to accept the delivery and return it immediately. Once the product is accepted, we cannot process returns or refunds for issues reported later.
For approved returns, we will either replace the cake with the correct design or process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that taste preferences, minor design variations, or damage caused after acceptance are not eligible for return or refund.
